Sarah Hamblin is a segment director for The Daily Show, with nine seasons of work on the show including Webby and Emmy award wins. She has nearly two decades of experience directing comedy, including commercials, branded episodic, digital, and music videos.

Her specialties include directing celebrities, influencers, stunts, hidden camera, children, non-professional performers and comedic food content.

After graduating magna cum laude from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts with a BA in Cinema-Television Production (recipient of the Mary Pickford Award), Sarah worked for several years as a Director of Photography, known for subversive comedy shows such as The Eric Andre Show and Nathan for YouGood Mythical Morning: The Back Up Plan, the branded series Sarah directed and produced for Geico, has garnered over 60 million views across ten episodes. Her live comedy show, The Breakfast Show, was optioned by Amazon, and her web series, Get Lost was featured on Rachel Dratch’s Late Night Snack (TruTV).

Sarah lives in New York City with her husband and two beautiful, loud children.
